PICS R3.14 extensions directory structure.

extensions/
    Makefile
    configure/
    src/
        Makefile
        extension1/
        extension2/
        ...

PICS R3.13 extensions directory structure.

extensions/
    Makefile
    config/
    src/
        Makefile
        extension1/
        extension2/

The difference is the config (R3.13) and the configure (R3.14) directory.
