Co-Proposer eintragen / Enter Co-Proposer during Proposal Submission
The so-called Co-Proposers are all (!) persons who are actively involved in a proposal / experiment.
This comprises all persons who prepare, conduct, analyze the proposal / experiment, on-site or elsewhere, and would be expected to appear as co-authors of resulting publications.
Therefore, the list of Co-Proposers entered during submission in GATE should be identical to the list of authors on the proposal PDF upload.
Proposers, Co-Proposers (and later Experimentalists) count as users of our facilities.
During Proposal Submission there are three options to add Co-Proposers to a proposal (see figure), which can also be mixed, e.g. copying the list of ones own previous proposal and then removing some of those names / adding other persons individually. Or adding individual persons plus selecting a collaboration list. When selecting a collaboration list please enter the person(s) individually, who later might take over the role of Responsible Experimentalist. Later, a Responsible Experimentalist can only be chosen from the persons entered into GATE individually or from a previous proposal list.
