Möglicherweise ist auf dem Rechner die entsprechende ocx-Datei korrupt oder verträgt sich nicht mit anderen Komponenten. Wenn weder die Office-Reparatur noch andere Maßnahmen greifen, ist vielleicht folgende Vorgehensweise eine Überlegung wert:- regsvr32 /u hhctrl.ocx
- kopieren der hhctrl.ocx von der Windows-CD in das Verzeichnis e:\windows\system32
- regsvr32 hhctrl.ocx
- "E:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office10\1031\Msohelp.exe" /REGSVR32
