It turned out that it's not working as described in the HowTo mentioned above... next try:
There are examples under Examples Download. Next try ono of those... I took vlinac_linux-x86.tgz. This is a precompiled example which runs only with special libraries (clear but unfortiunatly the once which are NOT installed on GSI computers right now... ErrorMessages)
In order to recompile the example the [[https://epics-controls.org/download/modules/sncseq_cvs.tar.gz][State Notation Compiler/Sequencer] is needed.
Forget about everything above.
