file merging in JDL files
- The parallel merging is called in the JDL with :
Merge = { "<root file to merge>:/alice/jdl/mergerootfile.jdl:<merge-outputfile>" };
MergeOutputDir={"/alice/cern.ch/....../run-xxx/";
- The sequential merging is called in the JDL with :
Merge = { "<root file to merge>:/alice/jdl/mergerootfile-sequential.jdl:<merge-outputfile>" };
MergeOutputDir={"/alice/cern.ch/....../run-xxx/";
