Using Sys Variables In Asyeos Project

2012.03.27

In asyeosroot. After calling script config.sh in directory /build or /asyeosbuild you can use variable $VMCWORKDIR.

Bash shell

Example of script for rebuild project and run simulation macros:

#!/bin/bash
echo "Script: Go to build directory, for configure and make"
cd $VMCWORKDIR/build
.  config.sh
make
echo "Script: Go back and launching macros"
cd -
root krakow.C -l
root eventDisplay.C -l

C/C++ programs

Obtaining environment variable in C/C++ programs is possible by the function getenv.

For example:
  string dir = getenv("VMCWORKDIR");

For more details see manual:
man getenv
Others available environment variables you can find in script asyeosroot/build/config.sh
