      • wget -r --http-user=e143 --http-password=HERE_COMES_PASSWORD -A '*.png' 'http://sparc-daq-02.gsi.de/E143-245MHz/'
    • This will make the same directory structure on your hard disk as in server
    • wget is also available for Windows from here.
    • There are many different ways to install wget under apple devices. You can use Homebrew or MacPorts, which is super easy to work. • Offline data
    • During experiment, the 245 MHz Schottky signal was recored with NTCAP system. The IQ rate is 20 MSamples/s. The data was backup from NTCAP computer to hard disk and GSI lustre. The hard disks were stored in KBW3.29 office. The LUSTRE ip is: litv-exp@lustre.hpc.gsi.de. Directories are : /lustre/ap/litv-exp/2021-05-00_E143_TwoPhotonDeday_ssanjari/NTCAP/ and /lustre/ap/litv-exp/2021-07-03_E143_TwoPhotonDecay_ssanjari/ntcap. The list of data is show as follow:ListOfE143ExpData.pdf (gsi.de).
  • Analysis tool: IQTOOLS and IQGUI
    • IQGUI is available as Windows EXE on the GitHUB page on the release section (compiled and tested with Win10)
    • IQGUI and and IQTOOLs can be installed manually for better / more advanced experience. The installation instructions can be found here and here.
    • Automatic scripts that run during experiment and any further experiment related analysis code will appear under the following link:
    • For some of the scripts, you may need to activate ROOT inside python. It is very easy to do so by using conda. just follow the instructions on this website.
  • Identification tool: Barion
    • Barion is a still incomplete library+GUI particle calculation and identification tool for storage ring experiments with heavy ions.

If you are working under Windows10, we recommend activating the WSL which provides you all of the Linux tools inside Windows. A how-to can be found here.
