The [[http://public.eu-egee.org/][Enabling Grids for E-sciencE (EGEE)]] project is funded by the European Commission and aims to build on recent advances in grid technology and develop a service grid infrastructure which is available to scientists 24 hours-a-day.

   * [[http://egee-sa1.web.cern.ch/egee%2Dsa1/Users.htm][Information for Users]] describes how to access and use the EGEE production grid infrastructure.
   * The [[http://egee.fzk.de/sa1/][Regional Operations Centres (ROC)]] provide the front-line user support. Contact the [[https://dech-support.fzk.de/pages/home.php][DECH Grid User Support group (GGUS)]] who will either address your problem directly, or report it to your local ROC for follow up or mail to grid-support-dech@iwr.fzk.de.
