VRVS is a Virtual Room Videoconferencing System, http://www.vrvs.org/index.php. It is already in use in the HEP and GRID community. May we can adopt this system for the CS activities as well.

EVO is a Virtual Room Videoconferencing System, http://nextgen-caltech.cern.ch/evoGate/, successor of VRVS. It is already in use in the HEP and GRID community. May we can adopt this system for the CS activities as well.

MARRATECH

MARRATECH is another conferencing system which is easy to use.

Adobe Connect

DFN (Deutsches Forschungsnetz) operates a Breeze Server. I propose to evaluate this tool, too.
